Dear Customers, Potential Customers As Karma Kodlama Makina Sananayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Karma Kodlama” or “Company“), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this context, we would like to inform you about your personal data and processing processes as “data controller” in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK“).

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

  • Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data;
  • Your identity and contact information in order to resolve your problems and complaints if you contact us and to contact you in this regard when necessary,
  • Your identity, communication, invoice, shopping information for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations arising from the legislation, fulfilling our other legal obligations, especially information security with authorized and authorized public institutions and organizations,

  • In order to send you commercial electronic messages about our products and campaigns and to keep you informed about special days within the scope of your permission,
  • In order to carry out supply management and product management as a result of our product sales,
  • Within the scope of your opinions about our company and products with survey studies and filled forms,
  • Within the scope of carrying out after-sales processes with technical service forms,
  • Your identity and contact information in order to ensure that the records we create about you in our system can be distinguished from the records of other customers,

 

3. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed by Karma Kodlama; with physical forms, within the scope of entry and exit records, within the scope of product sales, product sales contracts and related processes and related processes.

Your personal data as Hash Coding;

  • Based on the legal reason that “data processing is necessary for the establishment and performance of the contract”, “fulfillment of a legal obligation” and “data processing and transfer is mandatory for the establishment, use or protection of rights” regarding sales processes;

  • With business partners and service providers located in Turkey and abroad (database, electronic message intermediary service providers, consultancy, etc. service providers) for purposes such as obtaining services such as information technologies or consultancy etc. services requiring expertise, obtaining product and service support in personal data collection processes, or abroad depending on your explicit consent due to the fact that the servers of our domestic business partners are abroad,

  • If you make your payment by credit card, your credit card information is not recorded by Karma Kodlama to the relevant bank, electronic payment institution, etc. to third parties providing the service,
  • Since the servers related to the Site and Systems are located abroad, you may share your personal data with abroad
  • With our overseas parent company due to the fact that the management of the message systems and service providers are located abroad,

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law; by applying to Mixed Coding by the methods set out in the “Communication” section of this Policy,

  • Request information if your Personal Data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing Personal Data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your Personal Data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of your Personal Data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK legislation
  • Request notification to third parties to whom your Personal Data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of Personal Data, you have the right to demand compensation for this damage.
